A Russian woman nicknamed Al Capone after she terrorised neighbours on the south coast will appear in court next week. Olga Woolnough, 49, became known as a ‘neighbour from hell’ in Worthing, West Sussex, after she threatened locals, held all-night parties and painted her seafront home bright pink.
