Angry passenger ‘spat at bus driver and policeman’

A bus passenger spat at the driver and a police officer who intervened, a court heard. Spencer James, 42, boarded the bus in Wealdstone High Street, Harrow, northwest London on March 30 without his Oyster card, Willesden Magistrates’ Court heard.
