Angry tenant ‘ruined council worker’s life’

A council housing officer told a court how his life was ruined by an enraged tenant who repeatedly threatened to kill him. Niko Phillips, 39, grew obsessed with Nashat El-Sayed and his colleagues at the Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea as he impatiently demanded accommodation.
