Another trial for the accused hostel killer?

A former police officer accused of killing a fellow resident at a Salvation Army hostel is facing a third trial after his latest Old Bailey case collapsed. Oliver Hurley, 64, insists he pushed 56-year-old Manolito Chando out of an elevator in self-defence after the Croatian called him a ‘big Irish bas**rd’ and threatened his life.
