Army chef ‘caught with explosives and homemade cannon’

A Britsh Army chef charged with possessing an explosive substance and an ‘improvised homemade cannon’ appeared in court today (mon). Mark Broadhurst, 27, based at Catterick Garrison in North Yorkshire, was arrested on 25 September 2024 following a Counter Terrorism police investigation.
