Bail for man accused of torching Ukraine aid warehouse

An alleged arsonist accused of torching a storage unit containing aid due to be sent to Ukraine has been released from custody. Paul English, 60, is charged alongside alleged Russian spy Dylan Earl, 20, with aggravated arson by starting a ‘significant fire causing serious damage’ at the Cromwell Industrial Estate in Leyton, east London on 20 March.
