Bail for ranting aristocrat

  The racist aristocrat jailed for offering a £5,000 bounty for someone to run over Brexit campaigner Gina Miller has been granted bail today he appeals against his conviction. Rhodri Colwyn Philipps, 50, branded Ms Miller a ‘hideous jumped up immigrant’ and a ‘f***ing boat jumper’ in a series of vile Facebook posts.
