Ban for nurse after bed sores death

A nurse who contributed towards the death of a patient when she did not properly manage his bed sores has been suspended for six months. Tracy Fearn did not properly assess, treat, document and escalate the man’s at the care home in Staffordshire where patients were kept short of food and medical supplies.
