Bank worker’s 67k fraud

A bank worker who let criminals steal more than £67,000 from customers by handing over confidential details in return for cash has been jailed for 18 months. Liberty Staph, 27, bypassed three HSBC account security to allow her to make withdrawals in March 2016. Staph was paid £8,000 days after the cash vanished from the accounts of three customers, Snaresbrook crown court heard.
