Beaten and head-butted for being ‘over familiar’ on train

A builder who beat and head-butted a rail passenger because he was ‘over familiar’ was spared jail. Romanian Radu Siloche, 49, attacked Stefan Talpalariu in front of shocked commuters on a busy train heading towards Croydon on the evening of December 20, 2019.
