Bulgarians ‘spied for Russia’

Six Bulgarian nationals accused of spying for Russia have appeared in court today. Orlin Roussev, 46, Bizer Dzhambazov, 43, Katrin Ivanova, 32, Ivan Stoyanov, 32, Vanya Gaberova, 29, and Tihomir Ivanchev, 38, are said to have carried out surveillance for Vladimir Putin’s regime while living in the UK between August 2020 and February 2023.
