‘Burglary of the Century mastermind faces jail

A criminal mastermind is facing years in jail for planning the £25m ‘Burglary of the Century’ on Tamara Ecclestone’s mansion. Jugoslav Jovanovic, 24, carried out the heist with expert jewel thieves Alessandro Maltese, 45, known as the ‘Pink Panther’, and 44-year-old Alessandro Donati. They also raided the homes of former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard and deceased Leicester City football club owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
