Bus brawler faces murder charge

A bus passenger is facing a murder charge after the man he allegedly attacked died in hospital, a court heard. Julian Joseph, 36, lost his fight for life on March 24 – 11 days after being found with severe head injuries on the lower deck of the Number 53 in New Cross, southeast London.
