Case thrown out because magistrates didn’t speak Bulgarian

A former healthcare boss has been cleared of assaulting a cleaner and her husband at a property tycoon’s home after the case ended in ‘total farce’. Jefferson Brito, 32, was accused of attacking  Bulgarian Dinka Stoyanova and holding a piece of wood to the neck of her husband Borislav Dinkov Stoyanova at Elie Taktouk’s Belgravia home.
