Caught on CCTV poisoning his neighbour’s plants

A neighbour from hell who spent seven years harassing a couple in his street has been jailed after the couple caught him poisoning their plants on CCTV. Johnathon Warner-Johnson, 52  sent them more than 200 letters accusing his neighbours of paedophilia and mocking a family relative with Down’s Syndrome. Warner-Johnson later damaged their car as well as their son’s vehicle, damaged their fence and sprayed their plants and lawn with weed killer.
