Chef ‘beaten to death’ by dealer who kept him as a slave

A chef was found dead after he was repeatedly beaten ‘over many weeks’ and made to sleep in a garage next to the killer’s dogs, a court heard. Dimitrious Tsavdaris, 55, was found lying in a foetal position on the bedroom floor of a flat in London Fields, Hackney, east London, on 29 January last year.
