A cleaner rubbed his crotch against a commuter’s bottom for up to eight seconds on a ‘wobbly’ rush hour train, a court heard today (tues). Balkar Singh, 38, allegedly groped the 24-year-old’s private parts after she boarded a train at Wanstead Park Station at 8.24am on 11 April.
