Company boss cleared over death of labourer

A waste management boss has been cleared of health and safety breaches after a labourer was crushed to death by an earthmover while his company faces a fine. Stelian Florian Gavriliuc, 24, was working at the Neasden Goods Yard in northwest London, when he was struck by a Liebherr L544 shovel vehicle on 25 August 2017.
