Consituent threatened to ‘sort out’ MP

An angry constituent of Broxbourne called council officers and MP Charles Walker ‘scumbags’ and ‘c***ts’ after a row about his council tax, a court heard. Thomas Sullivan, 34, became incensed with receptionist Claire Davidson when he called the council.
