Convict ‘sent out terrorist material from his jail cell’

A prisoner accused of spreading terrorist publications from his cell has appeared in court. Denny De-Silva, 31, is charged with two counts of distributing a terrorist publication at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes. He is also charged alongside his sister Rahimah De Silva, 24, with attempting to bring a mobile phone into the prison. Rahimah appeared at the Old Bailey today while Denny appeared via video link from HMP Frankland. Both spoke to confirm their names and dates of birth….
