Convicted murderer wins right to appeal after rape claims

A woman who claims she was repeatedly raped by ex-boyfriend has been allowed to appeal her conviction for murdering him. Farieissia Martin, 26, stabbed Kyle Farrell to death during a row at her home in Charlecote Street, Dingle, Liverpool, in November 2014, after she came home drunk after a night out.
