Convicted sex attacker assaulted worker at mental health unit

A convicted sex attacker molested a worker at a mental health unit while receiving treatment for an almost identical crime, a court heard today (tues). Declan Quinlivan, 40, tried to force himself on his latest victim at The John Howard Centre in Homerton, east London, on 9 January last year.
