Dealer denies Alexander the Great coin scam

An alleged fraudster has denied has denied trying to sell a stolen ancient Greek coin to experts. George Hanna, 30, allegedly scammed upmarket dealer C.J. Martin out of a £2,750 Alexander the Great stater coin. Prosecutors claim he used the alias John Hooper to buy the valuable artefact before trying to flog it back to rival firms.
