Defence contractor denies leaking secrets

A former defence contractor accused of leaking secrets today (mon) denied refusing to give police access to three electronic devices during the investigation. Simon Finch, 50, is charged under the Official Secrets Act with making a ‘damaging disclosure’ of information.
