Delivery driver was stoned at the wheel

A delivery driver was caught stoned at the wheel of his black Audi with a lock knife in his shoe, a court heard. Police suspected Jordan Gilmore-Tonico, 27, had been taking drugs when they stopped at Tower Hill in central London on 16th April 2024 and smelt cannabis fumes in the car.
