Detective ‘had secret camera in his toilet’

A detective installed a secret camera to spy on women when they used the toilets at his house during a family barbeque, a court heard. DS Steven Colclough, 45, was arrested on 27 May 2021 after the allegations were first made in relation to offences both on and off-duty.
