Dog who carried out race attack will be executed while owner escapes jail

A racist thug who set his vicious pit bull terrier on a black man in an unprovoked attack in the street has been spared jail. Thomas Hogg, 25, set his pit bull terror named ‘Riot’ on Warren Thompson after yelling racist abuse at him as the victim was walking down the street with his girlfriend. Mr Thompson suffered 18 dog bites to his arms, legs and abdomen – some of which were 4cm deep – leaving him with permanent scars….
