Downing Street crash driver has an attraction to images of children

An IT analyst who crashed his car into the gates of Downing Street has an ‘attraction’ to images of children, a court heard. Seth Kneller, 43, was arrested and charged with dangerous driving after the incident in Whitehall on 25 May.
