An international drug trafficking ‘lieutenant’ who pocketed £1.6m from a cocaine smuggling operation has been ordered to pay back less than ten percent of his fortune. Savdeep Atkar, 35, was the ‘right hand man’ of gang leader Harvinder Sanghera, 35, who ran a conspiracy to smuggle £11million of cocaine and drugs from Mexico.
