Elderly man accused of sexual assault outside Buckingham Palace

A Moroccan accused of grinding his crotch against a horrified tourist outside Buckingham Palace appeared in court today (Tue). Nejjar Rachid, 71, was allegedly spotted ‘fiddling’ with his private parts before the incident near the Royal Mews on 18 July. Police officers stationed saw the pensioner begin to rub up against a woman with his penis still in his trousers.
