Ex Tory MP ‘circulated damaging documents about rival’

A Conservative party donor claims a former MP circulated damaging documents about him as they led rival organisations trying to improve relations between the Tories and the Middle East. Mohamed Amersi, 62, alleges Charlotte Leslie sent material to other Tory MPs, the UK ambassador of Bahrain and ‘national security individuals’ between December 2020 and January 2021.
