Flag grabber is in mental hospital

A mourner who rushed towards the Queen’s coffin and grabbed the Royal Standard is in a mental hospital with Covid-19, a court heard. Muhammad Khan 28, was tackled to the ground by police after he seized the flag with both hands as the monarch lay in state 16 September.
