Flasher ‘exposed himself on park bench’

An alleged flasher pulled his shorts up ‘unusually high’ to expose his penis to a mother and her three-year-old daughter, a court heard. Adrian Hill, 43, allegedly exposed himself while sitting on a park bench in St Marks Road, Enfield, north London on June 1.
