Bank’s anti fraud officer was on the nick

An anti fraud officer at Lloyds Bank stole more than £70,000 from his employers, a court heard. Joshua Whitley, 20, allegedly conspired with Daniel Hanlon, 22, to steal £70,744.89 between 26 November 2018 and 1 March last year. The pair appeared via telephone link at Westminster Magistrates’ Court charged with conspiracy to defraud.
