A former Labour councillor is facing a possible jail term after his ‘dangerously out control’ French bulldog attacked a woman outside his home. Philip Normal, 43, the former mayor of Lambeth, was charged after his mutt Noah injured Princella Kusi in Walworth, southeast London. Ms Kusi suffered a ‘puncture wound on her right thigh’ during the incident in Amelia Street on 4 August 2024, said Aesha Baral, prosecuting.
