Fraudster faces jail for swindling 240 investors

A fraudster is facing years in jail after he admitted running a £19m investment swindle today (mon). Guy Flintham, 46, duped 240 victims between January 2016 and November 2021. Flintham admitted fraud by false representation at Southwark Crown Court and was bailed ahead of sentence on 26 April.
