Fraudster ‘Fast ‘Eddie’ Davenport to make a rapid exit from Thailand

Fraudster Eddie ‘Fast Eddie’ Davenport is to fly back from Thailand to contest a notice shutting down his £15m London home. The self-styled lord, 58, was jailed for nearly eight years for a £4.5m ‘advance fee’ fraud in 2011. Davenport’s website features pictures of him posing with celebrities such as Mick Jagger, Hugh Grant, Simon Cowell and Jean-Claude Van Damme. He had tried to claim that he had been too busy living it up in Monaco to run a sophisticated fraud….
