Fraudster impersonated Nationwide customers

A gang of fraudsters took advantage of weaknesses in identification security at the Nationwide to plunder £250,000, a court heard. Nathan Wadsworth, 33, was part of a criminal network who intercepted post and falsified ID documents, enabling them to impersonate customers at branches across the country.
