GP ‘sexually assaulted 20 patients’

A GP sexually assaulted 20 female patients at his surgery during unnecessary breast and vaginal examinations, a court heard. Dr Manish Shah, 48, allegedly carried out the assaults at the Mawney Medical Centre in Romford, Essex between June 2009 and July 2013. One of the alleged victims was aged just 15, it is claimed.
