Grenfell fraudster caught out by spelling gets five years

A Grenfell fraudster who spelt the tower ‘Glenfell’ in one of his applications as he claimed more than £31,000 from the disaster fund has been jailed for five years. Sheffick Brimer, 50, claimed he lived with a mother and son who perished in the inferno on 14 June 2017, jurors heard.
