Guard faces jail – but they can’t find £880k

A security guard who stole £1 million from his own armoured van is facing years behind bars. Joel March, 36, dumped his G4S van and gear before making off with the money and hiding the vast majority of it in an as yet undiscovered location. Police discovered the deserted truck ten hours after it had been abandoned in Clapham, southwest London. They found March’s body armour and mobile phone but no sign of the guard or the secure deposit boxes….
