Horror deaths of under tonnes of steel

Four building contractors died when the metal cage they were working in was crushed until it was less than a foot high, a court heard today. Daniel Hazelton, 30, his brother Thomas Hazelton, 26, together with Adam Taylor, 28, and Peter Johnson, 42, had been installing a pressure testing unit at Claxton Engineering in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
