Hospital worker ‘fleeced hospital out of £43,000’
An office worker accused of fleecing a hospital out of more than £40,000 appeared in court today (mon). Mina Dawute, 30, was working in the HR department at the University College London Hospital, Euston at the time of the alleged scam, between August and October 2017. Dawute appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court charged with fraud by abuse of position.
