Hotel ‘failed to warn customers about nuts in mousse’

A West End hotel failed to warn customers with nut allergies about the hazelnuts, pistachio and almonds in an orange mousse, a court heard. Strand Palace, one of London’s most iconic hotels, faces eight charges including failing to list items in food that could cause allergy or intolerance in December 2019.
