‘I couldn’t avoid hitting pedestrian’

A driver who killed a pedestrian after he ran into the road claimed she only saw him for a ‘split second’, a court heard. Bethelihem Estifanos, 32, collided with Ahmed Pali, on Great Cambridge Road, Enfield, in her red Hyundai i10 on 10 June 2017.
