‘Yes, I gave money to terror suspect’

A British national has admitted giving £3,000 to Mohamed Abrini, the ‘Man in the Hat’ suspect for the Brussels terror attacks which claimed 32 lives. Mohammed Ali Ahmed, 27, and Belgian Zakaria Boufassil, 26, handed the cash to Abrini in the Small Heath area of Birmingham in July 2015 to fund terrorist acts, jurors heard.
