An alleged pervert filmed up a woman’s dress with his mobile phone as she sunbathed in a crowded park in London’s West End, a court heard. Anthony Stewart, 36, sat ‘engrossed’ in the video recording of the 28 year-old until a member of the public alerted her, it is claimed.
