A political activist accused of trying to blow up an Iranian embassy car insisted he was framed by the regime. Ex-prisoner Sam Parsa, 60, allegedly shoved a plastic bottle of petrol along with a soaked cotton scarf into the exhaust of a BMW used by the Iranian embassy in Knightsbridge.
