Indian refugees ‘nicked cop’s card for bank fraud’

Two Indian refugees were arrested for bank fraud when their ‘Lebanese Loop’ trapped a police officer’s card in an ATM, a court heard. Gopalan Balakumar, 42, and Kilendrarajah Perinparasa, 41 had set up the device to trap the cards in Putney High Street, Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court heard.
