Jail for blow-torch torture

A garage owner caught on his own CCTV cameras torturing one of his workers with a blowtorch for stealing money from his business has been jailed for 12 years. Mohammed Hasnat, 35, burnt the 27 year-old man on his back, stomach and knees and shocked him with jumpleads attached to a car battery. The victim, who cannot be named, was also gagged and tied before being beaten with a baseball bat, a metal pole and a truncheon during the ordeal….
